The lady running the building was very hospitable, friendly and accommodating. There is no 24/7 reception but both her and the owner were very quick with their communication. All in all we had a very pleasant stay with our 2 year old.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful! The vibe of the hotel is very chill. There are some heart warming messages everywhere. The hot spring at the balcony was big that there was enough for two people to enjoy together, listening to the river sound. They also provided fresh milk from Taitung and homemade soy milk for breakfast. Amazing experience and will definitely come back if I visit Taitung again. ;)
