The Sea Breeze Inn is located in Middletown, 3.4 km from Whitehall Museum House. Free private parking is available on site. Easton's Beach is 645 metres from the property and Newport is 3.8 km away. Breakfast was fantastic. Not like other places where they make it in a steam table or just heat up frozen food. They actually take the time to make you REAL pancakes.

The dining room has an amazing view and breakfast was delicious. I have nothing negative to say. It completely exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again.

Our hosts were both charming and welcoming, knowledgeable about the historic area of Newport in which the house is located, and full of interesting local information. This historic property is close to the water and within walking distance of the centre of town, is elegantly furnished and very comfortable. Our room was large, sunny and warm despite ours being a winter visit with exceptionally cold weather (but brilliant blue skies) and our bed was super cosy with lovely white cotton bed linen. We enjoyed a delicious and generous breakfast and our hosts also treated us to unexpected and complimentary cakes and drinks, allowing us to come and go as we pleased, they were most helpful in every way. Perfect!

I always wanted to stay here a night and enjoy dining room tasting menu. The staff were all so great, friendly and helpful. Never been during winter season but so calm & private compare to summer time which was nice. Room was so elegant and clean. They have downtime service. We had an aperitif at the bar downstairs then had dinner at dining room. Very interesting & fine wine paring experience. Food was just so “right” and enjoy little chat with our waiter who is very knowledgeable. Over all we had such a wonderful time. Any special occasion to celebrate, this is the place to be.
