This hotel has an excellent breakfast with a variety of fresh meal and vegetarian options. They also advised us a good restaurant for the January 1 “As Busy As It Gets”. They answered the messages immediately in WhatsApp. All the time we felt under their care. Maybe the best hotel in all Hanoi!

The staff are absolutely amazing and so super helpful! I honestly in all my travels have never ran across such a great staff. We took advantage of booking tours through them booking transfers booking massages they did everything for us. I don’t even think we open the door once! They truly treated us like royalty The rooms were very comfortable with comfy beds and good air conditioning. The breakfast is good. We didn’t get to go in the pool. We were pretty busy, but the rooftop bar was pretty. The location is fabulous. You walk out the door and train Street is a two minute walk. We walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again ..main reason being the staff !!
