It is rare that a hotel exceeds the expectations. The attention to detail, stunning architecture and interior detail were amazing. And In my opinion it is always about the little stuff + cleanness. Being able to do your own coffee in the room in the miring - makes allllll the difference. Susan Kaufmann soap and body cream show how the guest is valued. Great personal - super friendly and responsive. All in all a really amazing place to stay!

Everything went well from arriving to leaving, for an Englishman with limited German the Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very well appointed and very quiet, the Restaurant offered a reasonable menu and the parking was plentiful although i dont think the Hotel was full.

Stayed in a chalet, which was perfect for a two week stay. We had access to all the hotel facilities as well as having some self-reliance. It was great being able to use the pool and spa area. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Vandans ski lift with a hotel shuttle bus if you don't feel like walking. Superb food in the restaurant.

We liked everything, the hotel is wonderful, my children loved it, there are lots of options for children to have fun and the view is wonderful. The food at the hotel is absolutely delicious, I'm a chef and I have to say that everything was wonderful.

The staff..... they folded our towels and duvets in a heart shape with rose petals for our anniversary.... shst a nice touch.... and they were so kind. The lift to get to the top was great. The rooms recently redone was modern and very clean. What a pleasant stay!!

    This was our 3rd visit to Bludenz and by far the best place we have ever stayed in the town! It had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the beds were so comfortable and having a washing machine and tumble dryer was a true bonus. The apartment is very well located within easy walking distance to the train station, the Altstadt, Spar, restaurants and with a great bakery just one block away. If we return to the area, then we will definitely book here again!

    The apartment is small but very cozy, convenient and well-located. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed it a lot. Kitchen is well-equipped. The washing machine is pretty old and noisy but it wasn't a big problem for us.

    This is a cosy and lovely place, within walking distance to the town. It is perfect for our short stay in Bludenz. We felt very comfortable and welcomed, the place also had almost everything we could need. Would definitely stay here again next time.

    Location was good, walkable distance from the station. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There were no drinking water, towels but since the room price range was lower compared to other hotels in the area and was for 1 night stay, it wasn't bad.

    Really loved the single rooms, perfect for a solo traveller. I had some misfortunate event that had me change some future plans, receptionist were very kind and helpful with finding me alternative place to stay in later. Also they held on to most of my things while I went hiking for 3 days.

    A gem of an apartment. Had every conceivable convenience. The views from the L shaped balcony are unforgettable. We stayed for a week in the apartment and had so many places to visit. Bludenz is a great base for visiting all of the Vorarlberg. We never scratched the surface of things to do and will definitely stay in this apartment again. The owners couldn't have been any more hospitable and helpful. We were genuinely upset to leave. Thanks again Simone, Daniel and family for a great stay.
