The hotel staff went out of their way to guarantee us as much comfort as possible. They even asked us beforehand if we wanted to have breakfast which then was served promptly during our stay. The room was very large and comfortable. I actually slept so well that in the morning, I first thought that I‘m at home.

We stayed here in July, and I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were. When we requested fans because of the summer heat, they didn’t just give us one or two — they provided enough for every bedroom and even one for the living room. That kind of detail really shows how much they care about guest comfort. We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and very well laid out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was even an additional toilet in the living room — which was so practical for a group like ours. They also brought us electric kettles when we asked, and when we pointed out that the sofa leg was broken, they fixed it right away — no waiting, no fuss. Everyone we met was polite, respectful, and eager to help. It’s hard to find places that go this extra mile, but this one truly did. I felt so comfortable here, and I already know this will be my go-to place whenever I return. Highly recommended!

These are simply amazing apartments! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Clean, warm. There is everything you need and much more! Professional coffee machine with coffee, tea, sugar, apple Tv. The owners also took care of adapters for European sockets. Every thing in these apartments is thought out with love. Two types of toasters. The rocking chair is a complete delight! Private parking! Independent accommodation, which is very convenient! Thank you very much and good luck to you! We look forward to when we can return!

The Cozy Cove is a really lovely apartment, fully kitted out with excellent facilities. We found it very spacious and comfortable, and with a nice balcony for chilling out in the evening. There is a shopping mall just a short walk away, so everything we needed was on our doorstep. We were visiting from England for the Women's Euros an chose Olten as a convenient base due to its easy train links to the cities hosting the games. The apartment was an easy 5 minute walk from the station which was ideal for that purpose. The host was extremely helpful, allowing to both check in early, and leave a little later. We spent most of our time travelling around to other cities (Geneva, Bern, Basel and Zurich) and our only regret was that we didn't spend more time relaxing at the apartment, as we enjoyed it so much. All in all, we loved our stay.

    The hotel was very clean and right in the middle of town. The staff were very friendly and always jumped up to serve you if you were waiting. I would happily stay there again.
