We had an amazing stay at this holiday apartment! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming! Simply beautiful, the view is amazing. The accommodation is excellent and comfortable. The hot tub was fabulous and well used. Loved the little extras on arrival, calming music, snacks, cold water and BEERS too! Even the hot tub had been warmed ready for use 😁.

We were very happy with the apartment, it had everything that anyone could need, in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels and bedding too. The balcony was a good size and the apartment has its own car lot.

Beautiful spot of Coral Bay Village, with a terrace facing the sea and a stairway down to a little semi-private beach. The apartment is very nicely arranged, providing everything you might need. A very responsive host, check-in and check-out smoothly organized. The beaches of Peyia coastline easily accessible (Coral beach is 10 mins walk, wild beaches in the direction of Akamas reserve - 10-15 mins by car). The end of the season (late November) on Cyprus is wonderful, clean empty beaches and the sea is still warm enough to swim.

The owner messaged before the arrival with all the information to check-in and also messaged during the stay to check to see if there was anything that we needed. The studio apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. There is a designated parking space, which was nice since we had a car. There is a pool for the complex with a table and chairs, pool lounging chairs, and umbrellas that we were able to use in March as we had some sunny days. There is a table with an umbrella and chairs on the patio of the apartment with a nice view of the mountains, homes in the area, and the sea. A comfortable stay!

    Perfect accommodation for a cheeky short getaway. The apartment was spotless and clean with all necessary amenities. The location was great as I was staying near family in Peyia. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and again the pool area and communal grounds were well maintained and clean. I would stay here again.

    I have been to coral bay every year for 13 years we turned up sun 5th May and it was like a building site all the main strip closed only a few bars and restaurants open villa plus wasn't bothered it was the worst stay ever and will never use villa plus or booking. Com ever again ruined my family's holiday

    You'll get exactly what you see on the pics, apartment has all you need to enjoy your vacation (accessories as listed by owners), private parking..distance from Coral bay beach 10 mins by car..quiet place, lovely small town - center with pubs and restaurants 15 mins by walk, closest supermarket 3 mins by car, bigger one up to 10 mins by car..we loved it there, stayed for 10 days, but wish for more..maybe next time :)

    Brand new hotel, very helpful and kind staff at the reception, impressive interior, picturesque outside area with restaurants and private accommodations. Mr. Lontou is an exellent, skilled and caring manager, who managed to solve effectively and promptly all the small problems that ocurred during our stay. The hotel has great potential and all the staff is eager and willing to improve the hotel operation and increase customer satisfaction.
