Nice to have use of the pool, especially in the hot summer months. Choice of sweet or savoury continental style breakfast included, which made the accommodation good value. The owners were very kind, and it was clear they took good care of the properties and the grounds. In the yellow room, the memory foam mattress was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was superb. Several very good restaurants just a few steps away. Excellent coffee bar around the corner for breakfast. Free parking at a leisurely ten-minute walk. Many of Umbria’s most beautiful towns and winemakers are just a half hour drive or less away, making Montefalco a very convenient place to stay for several days. The accomodation was comfortable and suited our 1 night stay. We had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Just a short walk uphill from the town of Montefalco. He tried in every way to make our stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as it could possibly be. He was genuinely interested in us and what we wanted from our holiday. We had the choice of rooms on arrival and choose the bigger room with a smaller veranda. The hotel is a little "stuck in the 1980s" in its sense of decor but the room we had was enormous!
