We liked everything about Il Vicolo! What an incredible stay! 1. The host greeted us in front to take us to our room. After a flight of stairs inside a very nice and well kept building, we were in front of our room. The host was very kind and very prompt in responding to all of our requests. Nettuno even had a water shortage, but we were provided with cannisters of fresh water. 2. The location of the room is no more than 2 minutes away from the beach and the lovely Vittoria restaurant/beach bar. 3. The room is much larger than it appears on the photos. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Extra Bed and we had room to move around and relax during the day. We had a fridge, air conditioning, small safe, hairdryer, room slippers and basic toiletries. 4. The shower is spacious and beautiful with marble and a brass finish. The bathroom is large and has a bide. Everything is very clean. 5. A minute walk away from the place is the café that serves breakfast. Also a very nice place with very kind staff. The breakfast is some sort of sweet pastry - doughnut, cornetto with different kinds of cream, or some other cake depending on availability plus coffee. 6. Many good restaurants are super close - one of those being La Taverna di Bacco; a must eat if you visit Nettuno. I have only praise for Nettuno, Il Vicolo and the hosts. They made our stay one to remember.

The beds were very comfortable and everything was easy to find and operate. It was only a 13 minute walk to the apartment from the train station. Once there, everything was very close-- 3 min walk to the beach and basilica of Maria Goretti. The owners were friendly and easy to contact--a great value per night, would reccomend!

Very clean, new. The sea view from the balcony of the big room was very nice. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Very nice service even when the door closed accidentally and our key was inside... Nice products. Great cornetti, and nice chatting in the breakfast bar. The flat was silent even on a Saturday evening when the street below had many people. Very nice and comfortable encounter: we hope to be back!

    This Apartment is probably one of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in! The views are out of this world from a balcony which more or less stretches out around the flat so the bedroom faces east and the livingroom and dining area lookout to the seafront with the beach and golden sands. We spent a lot of our time on this balcony as it was so wonderful. The flat itself has a master bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a washing machine and livingroom area with a dining table. The balcony had 4 chairs and 2 tables.

    Perfect apartment with all you need for a good vacation. It is close to the beach, good restaurants, supermarkets etc. The host really makes you feel welcome and helps with whatever you need. A pleasure to stay here and we will definitely come back! Thank you very much!

    Great facilities, air con in each room , two spacious clean bathrooms, smart tvs , lovely kitchen area with gas cooker / kettle / coffee machine. Perfect accommodation!! And just a walk away from the shops & restaurants. Plenty of supermarkets near by to get supplies . We will stay here again!!
