Boasting a private beach and a large infinity pool, The Danna Langkawi - A Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World features colonial architecture and elegantly designed units in the west coast of... Everything, from the luxurious and warm welcome to the very last bits of details, Danna did a great job. Special mention for Amirul, the lovely staff who works at the restaurant. He went above and beyond to make our daughter a nice bowl of chicken soup noodle when he realised that her bowl of tom yum soup noodle was perhaps too spicy for a 6-year-old’s liking. We enjoyed the large pool, gym and the kids play area!

We were first time in Langkawi and happy that i choose Golden Chenang Village for my stay. We got a free upgrade and quite happy with the comfort of the room. The Bamboo cafe in the property is just amazing and the village is located in prime location. It was quite relaxing to stay and we had a great time.

Nice Bali-themed resort. Refurbished only last year, it is clean and facilities are in very good condition. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We booked two King Rooms which had king sized beds with very spacious space and bathrooms and were given an extra working desk + chair for our son to 'work from home' . There's a kitchenette for light cooking. We had our fried eggs with oats, toast bread and beverage here every morning. Best part is the private beach front with deck chairs and amazing view of sunsets. Will definitely be back here if we come Langkawi again.

We had a really amazing stay! The owners are very special people, very warm-hearted and hospitable! Every morning Julita gave us amazing local breakfast for free which we really enjoyed! The recommendations for the warungs/restaurants/beaches were also great. The homestay is situated in a small local village in between of rice paddies and with a great view. You can experience the small village life and nature around it. Suleiman also organized for us a scooter to go around the island, which was really great! We enjoyed our chats with both of them a lot and learned about their culture and the great Malaysian hospitality! Nice, comfortable bed, enough space to put your things. Separate shower and toilet was also good. They also have a nice swimming pool at the ground floor which is always in shadow because of the terrace over it and therefore very refreshing after coming back from the beach :)
