The floor and the surfaces were clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. We asked for more glasses and the host brought some the next day. We had a private parking space (you will see details in the arrival instructions) even though when we asked on booking the response was that we should park across the street.

Beautifully renovated apartment, excellent equipment. They waited for us with chilled water and fruit, and cheese and ham in the fridge for sandwiches. It is in an extremely good location. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, there is a party on the weekend but not for long. Close to the beach, a few minutes' walk. The owner is very kind and helpful in everything. It was a perfect vacation. Next time we come on vacation, we will choose this accommodation.
