Jhonny picked me up from the airport from my late flight, and was extremely helpful in the morning, making sure I had local currency cash, drove me to the bus stop, and told the bus driver where to tell me to get off since I don’t speak Spanish.

This was a pleasant surprise. We had thought (like all other places we stayed in during our D.R. visit) that there would be some things missing or not working. My wife and I were delighted by our stay in the Hampton in Boca Chica, near the airport. I felt like I was in Florida on several occasions during the visit. The room was superb and well-equipped, as well as spotlessly clean. The hotel had a new feel to it, and it may have been recently opened or renovated; I don’t know. The staff were more than helpful. One of them got the cook to make me a special Dominican breakfast (without my prompting him and something not on the menu or on display) and was a hoot. The hotel was full of customers, but you would never know that it was so crowded. The place was quiet with some gentle background music. Nice.

Offering a garden and garden view, Blessed house "cerca del Aeropuerto " is set in Monte Adentro, 31 km from Malecon and 33 km from Agora Mall. Very nice and clean apartment, close to the airport. I arrived really late (3 AM) and the host still came to pick me up. Saludos to Joanna :) I really appreciated that as a solo female traveler.

Cerca de Aeropuerto, bleseed house, a property with a garden, is set in Monte Adentro, 33 km from Agora Mall, 33 km from Blue Mall, as well as 24 km from Faro a Colon. Joanna and her family were so nice and welcoming! They helped us with the transport and with buying ourselves dinner. If you are looking for a place near the airport it's definitely recommended

Very clean and new — the residential complex itself is also new. Mariel was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely stay at Solimar Caribeño again the next time I visit!
