Hotel in Lasnamae, Tallinn ( 0.3 miles)
Set in Tallinn, Mercure Tallinn offers accommodation with a fitness center, paid private parking, a shared lounge, and a restaurant. Very close to the airport, hence we booked it for our last night so that we could leave for the airport early in the morning next day. The generally charge for an early check-in. But for us, they waived it off. We checked-in 2 hours early. It was very helpful.

Offering inner courtyard views, Majaka Apartment is an accommodation situated in Tallinn, 2.5 km from Russalka Beach and 1.6 km from Tallinn International Bus Station. Katrin is such a good hostess! She met me in person and showed me the apartment. The location is PERFECT! Tram stop (#4) is steps away, and there are two shopping malls nearby (T1 is on the other side of the road, and Ulemiste (the largest mall in the city) is 5 minutes by foot (there is also a train station there which will take you to Balti Jaam). The apartment is very clean and has everything in it. The kitchen is perfect (there is a big refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes and cooking utilities). The apartment is located on the first floor, so it's not a problem if you have some heavy luggage with you. The neighborhood was quiet (I never heard any noise neither from the street nor from the neighbours). The price was more than reasonable. The airport is very close: just a few minutes by taxi. I had a very early flight, so it was a big bonus to be able to sleep a couple of hours longer.

Boasting city views, ATK Apartment T1 Airport Bus Station offers accommodation with a balcony, around 2.4 km from Russalka Beach. I absolutely loved the flat itself. What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional level of care from the host. They thoughtfully checked in on me when I was arriving late, concerned that I might be having trouble finding the keys. I really appreciate that kind of attentiveness and kindness.

That everything in the apartment worked beautifully and was modern. I had everything there that I needed how do I wanted to stay permanently. The city itself was safe and very close to the airport. If I could afford to live here I would buy an apartment there :-)
Quite a bit to walk around and see, have to pay for most toilets, quite a few shopping centres if you seek them out. I did the main bits in a day and a half, all on foot - some very tourists places to eat which are not worth the money. Locals are generally rude, not actively rude just mono - english is spoken less than i thought especially older people.
Really lovely, especially the old town People of Tallinn are generally friendly and very nice Quite expensive for food and drinks especially around the town Square Tallin is easy to get around on foot but if you use taxis be careful as we were ripped off more than once
Tallinn is a beautiful and relaxed city. I could stay there forever. The architecture is beautiful with a mix of styles. There are so many restaurants and coffee shops. Very convenient and easy to use public transport. So many good museums. People are kind though quiet. It's just right.
It's my hometown. As a local, I found it too much, so I did what any sane person or other Estonian would do and moved to live in the middle of a forest. For a tourist though, I would highly recommend Tallinn. It's a cute, cozy, walkable town and has so much history to learn about. Take a 3-day trip here, stay in a cheap hotel 20 minutes from the Old Town and have a blast seeing the contrast of the ancient, the old and the new. Beware of the restaurants in old town though, all places seem great, but few truly are. I'd suggest visiting Telliskivi area or Põhja-Tallinn in general, loooooads of great places to choose from both for dinner and drinks.
Definitely recommend Tallinn , any time of the year but the Christmas market in Raekoja Plats ( Main Square) is lovely . The city walls are worth a walk around as are the many museums , bars and restaurants , some where the staff dress in Medieval costumes , one restaurant PEPPERSACK advertise sword fighting . A lovely city steeped in tradition
