This hotel is located a stone's throw from Alicante airport, less than a 10-minute drive. It is a newly looking, modern hotel with an underground garage and ample street parking as well. My room was spacious enough and very well designed, i.e. fully functional. So was the bathroom, spotless with an enclosed shower stall. There was a clothing rack and a chest with ample storage space for clothing. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which was very convenient for my late arrival after midnight. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast selection was adequate. The elevator is room-card activated for security purposes.

Paula was great, only stayed for one night and I had a really great stay. The room was super clean and had everything I needed. Paula let me cook and even let me try some of her soup which was really nice. Overall can’t complain — ahh also managed to find parking outside the apartment so all in all I’m very happy.

Hotel Areca offers a free spa with pool. It is 5 minutes’ drive from Alicante Airport and 5.3 mi from the beach. Alicante city center is 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel. Only 5 minutes from airport and it is very quiet. Very friendly staff. Rooms looked like new. Very modern. Breakfast was very delicious. Lot of choises. The scrambled eggs were very delicious. Good value for money. You can always find some place for your car nearby. Hotel own airport transfer vists 10 eur (taxi is about the same, but hotel had also good car)

Nice and clean, situated in a small Spanish town, friendly locals, great bus route to Alicante, Torrevieja. €10 taxi from airport €20 to Alicante. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight but no matter that it was late check in was very straight forward and the host was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much
