Despite being very close to the airport, the views are spectacular (particularly the sunset) and the place is extremely quiet and peaceful. We had an early departure but we were given a breakfast to take a way with us. She also catered to my dietary requirements (gluten intolerance). The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was cozy and comfortable.

Exceeded expectations from the moment we pulled in to the drive. Such a lovely home inside and out. We felt at home right away. Maurice welcomed us and shortly after served a wonderful tea with delicious pasteries. He was so interesting to visit with. Caroline was briefly out of town.. but I felt I knew her from the email connection we had early on. She was so warm & informative. These two can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. We’ll be back.

Clean and comfortable. Room was amazing. King size bed overlooking the lake. In the country side and yet close to airport . Attention to detail with lovely breakfast , sweets and biscuits . Felt spoiled … and just Steve is helpful in every way

The house is filled with gorgeous art and Yvonne and Stanley offered us not just a very warm welcome but also tips for dinner, and cooked us outstanding breakfast. We had a lovely time and would gladly return.
