The closest 4-star hotel to the arrival and departure terminals, The Novotel Birmingham Airport Terminal Building - NEC is just 1 minute's walk from Birmingham Airport complex. The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the 2 of us. The bar was open serving the same food from the restaurant, which was good as the restaurant was full and so my son and I could dine in the comfort of the bar. The location right by the airport was great as we could roll our of bed for our early flight. Perfect

We just stayed for 1 night because we were leaving for a flight the morning after. Everything was perfect and it was no problem to leave 1 bag at their place while we were abroad for 1 week. The staff was really nice and helpful and met all of our needs.

Our family glamping trip was absolutely fantastic! With a big group of 20, we had an amazing time. From booking to checkout, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided 10/10 hospitality with great communication. The site was so safe that the kids could run around and have fun all evening, which was a huge plus. We had multiple pods, but they were conveniently close together, making it easy to move between them. The staff were always available to help with anything we needed, and the parking support was really useful on arrival Even though it was the first weekend the site was open, everything was well-organized and ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be back, and many people have already asked about our trip because it looked so good. This place is going to be busy!

This is not a posh hotel … but it’s so clean and free parking. Staff can’t do enough for you . Free WI fi , tea coffee & tv in room. I’m not paying stupid expensive airport hotel/ parking any more. 😀
