Arrived very late at night. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Bath plug didn't work and the person on duty moved us immediately to other room. So so kind. Thank you! You know who you are.

Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport Uk has a restaurant, fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Bickenhill. 2 minutes walking from the airport. Very easy to reach. Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. WiFi is good. I tasted some food from the menu and it was really good. The breakfast is very good. Did not hear the noise from the airplanes

This modern ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport is within 10 minutes’ walk of the NEC and about 0.5 miles from both Birmingham International Rail Station and Airport. I was made very welcome at the hotel by Victor at reception. He was a professional with a smile and made me feel comfortable and welcome right away, after my long trip. The room was nice, warm and clean, and the bed was comfy too. I would definately stay here again on my next trip.

The Spa was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room. great location with easy access to the NEC and the train.
