He was an extremely nice and polite nice man I will always be grateful to.

We stayed at this property due to its location in relation to Brunel Uni. Couldn't fault anything, if you need to stay in this area and want value for money, this property is for you. Great pub for food and drinks at the end of the road too.

Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants. Loved rooftop restaurant. Only negative was bus services to and from Heathrow-unreliable. Some buses just didn't come at all - not acceptable for traveller's who have flights to catch.

Information on how to get to the hotel from the Airport and...
Information on how to get to the hotel from the Airport and back was sorely lacking on the hotel website. We had to wait at a cold bus stop at Terminal 5 on arrival and in fact were picked up by a friendly Crew bus at 10.45pm as our bus would come after midnight. We had a long walk through a taxi park from where he dropped us, albeit in sight of the hotel with 3 pieces of luggage each. We are in our 70's. Next morning we found a shuttle bus and a large shared vehicle available outside the hotel door to all terminals. Toook 5 minutes. Dont arrive on a late flight. No information was given as to where to find them at the airport on arrival. . We tried to communicate with the hotel by email, and Whatapp and phone for three days before we arrived, never got an answer. They tell you that you can but not HOW! We could not find where the Uber drivers were.

for a 1 night stop over I'd recommend this location, but not for anything longer than that, and you have to have very tough skin to accommodate the heat of the shower - scorching! But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and that's all we wanted. Would i say it was worth the £88 we spent, probably not, but it was the cheapest in the vicinity of the airport, so we took it.

Very nice and excellent atmosphere. I would recommend any one to come and stay at this place and get the friendly atmosphere of the working staff though I would suggest to make it bed and breakfast which would benefit more . But still overall it was fantastic and I wouldn’t mind coming again in near future. Thanks to pleasant staff .

I am extremely angry at the fact that booking.
I am extremely angry at the fact that booking.com did not alert us to the drastic drop in rating for this property. I would never have booked this place, and only did so as it was rated as a 7 when I booked at the beginning of February. Since then, there have been 10+ poor ratings (1-3) that significantly dropped the overall rating to 4.7 which to me is a blatant misrepresentation of what I initially paid for. I paid for a 7 rated property, and got a 3 at best. The area is not very nice, there are very little businesses available so we had to travel to find cups, plates and cutlery as the property did not provide any, which I was not made aware of. I would be extremely careful if booking anywhere near this area as it looks like it's been forgotten about by the local authority and the owner/s of this particular property are not carrying out any maintenance and once you book, you can't cancel for a refund. All in all, this leaves a very bad impression
