The Old Fire Station is quaint and quirky, as described, with clever use of space to fit in all the facilities you need. The owner takes great pride in the property, which is cosy, comfortable, clean and tidy. Very attentive communication from the owners. The Old Fire Station is centrally located for days out with the children, such as Brandon Country Park, High Lodge or places further afield accessed via the local trainline. The bowling alley just opposite was a great way to spend a couple of hours. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Serene Suite! The cleanliness was truly exceptional — everything felt fresh and well cared for. Our host, Kimi, was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the whole experience. We did have a bit of trouble finding the place at first, but Kimi kindly met us outside and helped guide us in, which we really appreciated. Her warm welcome made all the difference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept spot with a thoughtful host!
