We had the most heavenly time. Literally a 5-minute walk from the airport, we were greeted by our host Bernardo who was very kind and accommodating. He showed us around the villa and how and where things were and said if we needed anything or had any questions, we could send him a message. The Villa is stunning, finished so well and is so comfortable. The beds are so comfortable with soft pillows. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and I mean everything and more. The little touches matter the most. Tea, coffee, milk, pop, water, fruit. Ironing board & iron, safe & big fridge freezer. Washing up liquid tea towels, mosquito plug ins to bin bags for the toilet bins. Towels for the pool and beach. 2 Bedroom both en-suite, soap, shampoo conditioner, fluffy towels, hairdryers, I could go on, we needed for nothing. The pool is just amazing! The gardens and grounds are lovely with plenty of space. The views are just out of this world although as aviation enthusiast it would have been great if the trees had been cut a little bit more at the top so we could see more of the runway and ocean from the balcony which would also give way to more sunlight on the pool thereby warming it up a bit more. Hopefully this will be done over the winter.

Villa Sophia Elena is a beautiful property. We stayed there on our way back from Ithaki. We had a flight the next day. It is very close to the airport. You will have no problem walking with your luggage. There was no noisy planes, even though it is so close. We were greeted by the Captain upon our arrival and he gave us a tour. He was very sweet. The apartment is very elegant. If you have young, energetic kids, it is best to move any breakable items from their reach. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We had no problem sleeping. The wrap-around porch was gorgeous and it had nice patio furniture to sit at look at the water. It had a clothing washer, but you'll need to air dry. The kitchen had a microwave and oven with plenty of kitchen tools if you need to cook. He kept cold water bottles in the fridge so that was nice when we checked in to have cold water. He told us ehere to find the mini market and we didna take-away order at Ikarus restaurant. It was a very nice place to stay and we would stay there again.

We were a group of 6 girls and had the most amazing time. The property exceeded all expectations – it was super clean, beautifully designed, with a gorgeous pool and new, modern rooms that created a peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped (including a coffee machine and moka pot), and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with eggs, cheeses, fresh fruits, and even wine – all provided by the lovely host. We loved the outdoor area with a grill, hammocks, and a big wooden table for shared meals. We also had a last-minute request, and the host responded immediately with great kindness and professionalism. In short – a dream place! We had a fantastic trip and will definitely return.

It felt like we were at our own oasis. The interior is just as nice as the photos. Bed in the main room was comfortable. The bed in the room my son stayed in was ok. A little hard to sleep on for an adult. We had a wonderful time. The property is close to some nice beaches and some good grocery options. There are restaurants and bars around, but you have to drive. Nothing is really walkable.

The residence is located 2 minutes drive from the airport which is nice especially when you arrive late. It has a very large garden and a big swimmimg pool. You can also see the airplanes from there, the noise is really insignificat. We stayed at the garden suite that was large, equipped and super clean. Mr. And Mrs. Aggeliki, the hosts, are the nicest and kindest you will ever meet. They treated us as a family. Almost every day they asked if we need anything and even if we had everything they still provided us with fresh eggs and an extra virgin olive oil from the island. These kind of things upgrade your vacation from very good to exceptional. I'm very happy to recommend Queen Bee Residence as your place to stay in your next Kefalonia's vacation.
