Such a magical indian aesthetic property! Lovely staff - always smiling and hospitable. From the entrance to the exit every staff greets you with so much joy! The housekeeping staff are so friendly! Kudos to Uwaiz - our floor leader who made sure to meet us in person when we were checking out and ensuring our stay was comfortable! Breakfast choices are nice but could be better as we were there for 10 days and we felt most of the items were repeating.

We only stayed for one night, but really enjoyed this hotel! It’s just a 5-minute drive from Terminal 2, which was super convenient for our early flight. We were pleasantly surprised to get a complimentary upgrade — the room was a few categories up from what we booked! It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes — definitely more than your average hotel buffet. The staff were also incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our short stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer — highly recommend if you need a place near the airport!

Mumbai is a vibrant and bustling city, at times claustrophobic and not for the faint hearted. However, it is well a worth a visit and a unique experience. Fort in particular is a lovely area. It's easy to get by on the metro, with a new line being added that goes from the airport to the centre. Otherwise, uber is your best bet for an affordable taxi. The city is very loud and busy and there is not really a quieter area. But this is all part of the charm! We liked eating at anna idli and 100% veg thali restaurants. We also went to aram for a vada pav - must try in Mumbai!

I grew up in Mumbai.
I grew up in Mumbai. Lots of fond memories. Great city with great work culture, nice shopping, restaurants, reasonable weather. Infrastructure is a dampener but the Mumbai spirit is helpful, indomitable and never gives up. My favourite place in Mumbai is Bandra. It has glamour, the sea, lovely quaint Christian bungalows that builders have always been trying to acquire, lovely eating and drinking places, great bookshops, a super cool attitude and a generally friendly and helpful public.

Good and Bad. Wealth and poverty clearly evident but we only had one night at the hotel on our way home. Initially stayed further south when we arrived and were booked there for our last night by the travel agent which made no sense so booked this hotel via Booking.com and a great move on our part only 15mins from the airport.

The hotel is very easily accessible from the main terminal in BOM. Rooms don't have windows, but they are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, and I was able to get a good few hour's sleep. There were 2 large bottles of drinking water in the room for guests.Nice bathroom, which could have had more amenities. The shower was OK, pressure was a bit low, and it could have been quite a bit hotter for me.
