Support getting in with the pin as I was tired and didn't see the lock or quite know. very prompt help the facilities were really good and the little extras amazing such as a great choice of teas and coffee and some nibbles taking food intolerances into account plus a face mask. i enjoyetd being near the airport and grateful for help with transport to it. It couldn't have been better, everything well thought out.

We went the day before flying back home and the location was great as it was super close to the airport!! The staff were lovely and responded so fast with all my queries. Located within 8.2 km of Università Tor Vergata and 12 km of Ponte Lungo Metro Station, Rome Ciampino Smart Hotel features rooms in Ciampino. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was great, the staff very helpful and accommodating and the taxi driver Sergio brought me right to the hotel door with it being quite late when I arrived. Highly recommend this hotel. 🤩

She met us at the property to provide key and useful information. The apratment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. We were only staying one night as catching a flight early the next morning. So convenient as only 5 min drive to the airport. Would also work for a longer stay as only 15 minute train into Rome.
