Bed & Boarding is a Capsule Hotel set 100 metres from Naples Capodichino Airport. WiFi is free throughout. Each capsule room includes a smart TV, shoe storage and a small hideaway table. Room is clean. For the price point, the size of the room is acceptable. Some has commented on the sound proofing, but some ear plug will do the job. The value for the price is great.

Boasting garden views, Terminal 1 Guest House features accommodation with patio, around 4.7 km from Naples National Archeological Museum. The guest house is quirky and the airport terminal theme is fun. The arrival and check in was easy, just follow the instructions. The rooms are bright and airy and they are clean with good facilities. The shower head has a water filter on it and the room had a mini bar with reasonable priced drinks and some snacks. Location is perfect, literally 5 mins walk from the terminal and I went back to an airport restaurant for my dinner. Breakfast is simple cereal, yogurts and croissants with jam. I had a slight challenge with coffee machine but Alessandro was quick to help. All good and totally recommend.

We only spent one night there between our day trip to Pompeii from Amalfi and our flight out of Naples the next day. It was a very different vibe from Amalfi and I do not know if I will use it outside of flying again. Was much dirtier in comparison, definitely very city-with-litter and loud noise all throughout the night. (mostly yelling and scooters). Maybe we did not get the chance to see enough because we were only there for one night but it was a bit of a rude awakening after our beautiful time elsewhere in Italy.

Napoli is a frantic city, it was always chaotic but now with the influx of tourism it's getting too crowded sometimes. But no matter what it has it's own vibe, is Italy all at once, gritty, monumental, historic, passionate. And if you know just a little about football, the real one, the beautiful game, you cannot avoid loving how intense is the ever-present spirit of the great Maradona. When people talk about him they get goosebumps. And you will too.

It is a city full of life, with many things to visit, a beautiful architecture, many good caffes and restaurants. It gives the special feeling of being in Southern Italy: crouded narrow streets, horrible traffic with foolhardy motorcyclists, some garbage on streets and a little bit of chaos, but very nice and cheerful, open-hearted people.

We stayed near the marina which made ferry travel very easy. Amazing food. Very, very busy. Unfortunately had to use a wheelchair, was difficult and stressful at times. Overall a good base but likely to explore outwith the city for a slightly less busy experience. Many ‘wheelchair accessible’ areas were blocked by vehicles or elevators broken. Sorrento and must see!

The people were very friendly and helpful. I loved the food and was ver affordable the service was impressive and impeccable. Just be very careful outside train station area's there are people who will be asking for money they are not Italian's. Shopping is also very good and reasonably priced. Overall i loved Napels. So many nice places.

From US$45 per nightI had a great stay at NAP hostel and would highly recommend. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful not to mention that they have cultivated a really good social atmosphere, perfect for a solo traveller. The breakfast was great too, so was the location, despite being 40mins from the train station.
