The rooftop offers a wonderful view of Kobe, and the onsen facilities included in the stay were absolutely fantastic – in Europe we would probably call it a sauna or wellness. They gave me the wrong password, which caused us to stay at the door for two hours without getting the key. No one solved the problem for us.
