The property is new and very well maintained. Its located on the Airport airplanes take off amazing views. The staff is very humble, welcoming and courteous. Moreover, their restaurant serves amazing food, everything on the menu is superbly tasty. The rooms are spacious enough, have modern feel. I booked the stay for my family and all of us enjoyed it very much

Featuring 3-star accommodation, New Kings Gate Airport Transit Hotel is situated in Katunayake, 30 km from R Premadasa Stadium and 32 km from Khan Clock Tower. I booked a room at this property on 28/11/25, but when I arrived, they told me they were completely full. I was extremely disappointed. Please avoid booking this place otherwise you will end up in trouble, especially if you are travelling with luggages. My entire plan was completely shattered because of their poor management.

The property is perfect: clean, close to the airport. The owners are so kind, we arrived pretty late and they were waiting for us to welcome us. They gave advice on how to reach their property and how to leave it. The breakfast was really good. I can only recommend this place :)
