I like everything, The staff is nice and gave detailed explanations, I got 20 percent off if we eat at a nearby restaurant. The pods are clean, the toilet and bathroom clean and smell nice.

Location & Access: Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) is connected directly to KLIA via a sky bridge, it's just a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Guests also enjoy a complimentary 24-hour buggy service.... We stayed at the suite and had a great experience. Being connected to the airport is such a great perk for those who are having a layover or just transiting. Hotel breakfast is great, facilities and amenities are great too. We traveled with 2 toddlers and the hotel prepared an extra bed for us in the living room which is so convenient. Room service were great too. The only downside is that I wished there is more clearer instructions to get to the hotel from the airport.
