Amazing service. The staff is super friendly and helpful ! Hot water with tea bags and coffee is on display, the beds are super comfy and clean. It’s also super quiet and you have plenty of space for your stuff. Bathroom is also super clean and well thought. Very nice and practical over all ! Would go back :)

Clean and spacious capsule! Even though I checked in very late after 1:30am, the staff provided excellent service showing me how to use the locker and showed me the way to my capsule. The room is very quiet and comfortable mattress.

Location & Access: Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA (Landside) is connected directly to KLIA via a sky bridge, it's just a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Guests also enjoy a complimentary 24-hour buggy service.... We stayed at the suite and had a great experience. Being connected to the airport is such a great perk for those who are having a layover or just transiting. Hotel breakfast is great, facilities and amenities are great too. We traveled with 2 toddlers and the hotel prepared an extra bed for us in the living room which is so convenient. Room service were great too. The only downside is that I wished there is more clearer instructions to get to the hotel from the airport.
