The staff, especially Mr James were excellent. We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.

The level of accommodation is well above the Asian standard. I would definitely stay here again, it's a special place. The food from the restaurant accompanies the level of accommodation. Delicious food, very well presented and fresh. Thank you very much.
