We really enjoy staying at Pretty Jungle because they also allow us to stay with our dogs and they enjoy the space. I love the garden area, it's very peaceful. Lovely to sit on the couch and read a book while being in that space. The bed is big and comfortable and the bedroom is spacious as well. The AC gets nice and cold and the shower gets nice and hot.

What I really appreciated was how they managed to be attentive without being intrusive. No frills, no fuss — just quietly present when you need them, which allowed us to enjoy the space fully. Special thanks to Renz and Joli, who went the extra mile to accommodate us. They even let us check in early, so we were able to rest after the long trip to the island. That kind of hospitality says a lot. The place itself is tucked in a quiet neighborhood with equally friendly locals. And the view? Just beautiful. From the marsh, we had an open view of both the sunrise and sunset — all from the same room. That alone is reason enough to stay. On our last night, we even got a home-service massage — Joli helped us arrange it without hesitation. That extra care made our trip even more relaxing. Oh, and I have to mention the Bangsilog. I ended up ordering it for 3 out of our 4 mornings there. Simple, flavorful, and done just right. This homestay is right at the heart of the island, so it’s easy to access any point from here. Quiet when you need rest, but close enough to everything when you're ready to explore. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be coming back.
