Beautiful hotel, superb friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent. Fantastic location too for a walk around Lulea which is really pretty.

Front desk staff AND housekeeping r fantastic!!! It was a million degrees, but housekeeping on their own overheard me ask someone about AC, and on their own initiative brought me a small fan. Then the downstairs staff on their own too gave me another small fan, and together the room was nice and cool! Breakfast is great, and again, staff did a great job setting it up and serving ALL my needs (taxis, stupid questions, phone charging need, etc. Will recommend to everyone!!!
