Located just 800 metres from the nearest access to E61 Motorway and a 5-minute drive to Ljubljana Airport, this cosy bed and breakfast is set in an 18th-century farmhouse in the village of Voglje and... I enjoyed my stay a lot, the hosts are very friendly and I felt like being home.

Everything was fantastic about this property. The apartment itself was brand new & spotlessly clean. The apartment is located in a lovely little town close to the airport & a 20 minute drive from Ljubljana city centre. There is a supermarket (hoffer/Aldi) 5 minute drive away, which we went to to get food for dinner (the apartment has two hobs and cooking supplies provided). Our host Janez was there to greet us upon our arrival with the main door code & key to our apartment. Later that evening he dropped over a bottle of natural spring sparkling water found nearby with the information about the spring incase we wanted to visit it ourselves. We had asked about traditional/local food reccomendations. He text on details of same. The morning we were checking out Janez myself & my partner ended up chatting for about 40 minutes before we left. He told us about other places of interest in Slovenia we could potentially stop on route to our next destination or if we were to return to Slovenia again. He was a genuine, lovely guy/host. .

Very close to the airport (5min) with a big and free parking. The hotel Restaurant is on the Michelin guide, so you can imagine how good the food is, unfortunately we arrived late after 20h00, and the kitchen closes at 20h00. The breakfast has all the essentials, and the same team of the restaurant bakes all the bread, even baked more white bread just for us, also I had the best scrambled eggs in my life. All the staff was very nice, ! Was nice to see the bathroom with good ammenities, and even body lotion!

We were offered free welcome drinks, possibility to make tea/coffee, etc. Host gave us recommendations about the close-by restaurants, markets, walking trails, etc, and asked if we need help in getting to airport in the morning. Only 3-5 minutes from airport.

Jagodic Garni Hotel is located in the village of Vopovlje, 3 km from the airport and 18km from the city of Ljubljana. This very cozy, art and charming small hotel, close to the airport, as well as to Ljubljana city, but car is definitely needed. The room was really cozy and very clean. The breakfast is the regular and very tasty.
