Second, the place is located right on the beach, and close to the best two bars/restaurants of the island, one of which is right in front of it. Third, it's in the middle of everything. It's convenient for when cruises are in town, because with the golf car you can go where no tourists are. And it's close to the most incredible beaches when cruises are gone. They also have beach chairs, snorkeling gear and umbrellas available.
