Nestled amongst acres of tranquil woods, and 10-minutes from Manchester Boston Regional Airport, this hotel and conference centre features a variety of complimentary amenities as well as comfortable... Shah checked us in and he was exceptional in every way. An astute professional and first point of contact. Please thank him for us as we were so jet lagged from flying into Logan from Australia. Then the night time staff were wonderful as our luggage was delayed and came in at 1.30am. Please thank your night time crew for all of their assistance. What a wonderful place to recover from such a tough trip. The pool was so nice too and helped us recover.

She was able to tell me the best time to leave as well as making sure to expedite my room being available because she didn’t want me just sitting waiting since I was alone very personable high levels of Customer Service. She is truly an asset.
