Good location close to the airport and the city, the room was spacious and it was great to be able to swim and use jacuzzi after a day of walking. The breakfast was good with waffles, fruits, eggs and sausage. There are also few restaurants close by. With our 3 night stay at the hotel, we mostly appreciated the service of the front desk. A big thank you to the manager who drove us personally to the airport since there was no place in the shuttle and we didn't want to miss the plane, we really appreciated that! I would recommend this hotel to our friends for sure!

The hotel had an airport shuttle which was the main reason for booking. The shuttle driver was excellent and gave us a great tip on how to avoid the main security checkin. The room was comfortable with a secondary place to sit along with a desk/chair.

The Comfort Suites Salt Lake City Airport is located just two miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport and provides free 24-hour airport transportation. * 日本国外の宿泊施設だと部屋にティッシュペーパーが置いていないことが多いですが、珍しく置いていたのですごく助かりました There was a tissue box in the room although we often have ones with no tissue box in the outside of Japan. The tissues were useful for me. * 部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、チェックアウト後にBooking.comのチャットで連絡を取ったところ、\3,000-4000くらいの送料で日本まで発送して下さって、大変ありがたかったです。 Staffs shipped my article which I had left in the room (shipping fee was about ¥3,000-4,000 and it was reasonable for me). Their answer to my enquiry in Booking.com chat system was courteous. How grateful staffs' kindness was!!
