The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful right from the start, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which enhanced the comfort of our stay significantly. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect setting for our family getaway. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel restaurant. Krassy, the Restaurant Manager, took exceptional care of us from the beginning, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, tasty, and aesthetically served, making each meal a true delight. The attentive waitresses, always smiling and eager to assist, added an extra touch of warmth to the dining experience. The live cooking station was a unique feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. Kamran, who prepared our morning pancakes, was not only a skilled chef but also a wonderfully positive person, brightening our mornings with his delightful energy. Overall, our stay was fantastic and memorable thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the entire team. The Hotel is amazing with many beautiful places for pictures and selfies 😂Unfortunately I went on the end of the summer season, I met only with the two of their staff -Nikolai at the reception ,who with his charm smile and professional right behaviour made me feel comfortable always to ask more and Plamen ,who welcome me at the hotel was very polite :) It was clean and I had everything I need for my vacation :), cleaning everyday, towels, working Airconditioning system and bath amenities- shampoo,soap, and etc.
