I am usually critical with every hotel stay. This hotel, however, was absolutely wonderful. Staff in every area of service were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in their area. The hotel was clean, food and drinks were wonderful and easy to get, there were always sunbeds available, all staff were friendly, and everything moved smoothly (check in, meals, pool bar, room servicing, etc). This is one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've stayed in worldwide. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location, nice and clean beach, sufficiently equipped gym, three very clean outdoor pools and one indoor pool. Great food and service. Very helpful and polite staff. Room was spacious and we appreciated two sinks in the bathroom. Robes and house shoes at disposal as well. Highly recommended - we would choose this hotel again.

The room with a large balcony and sea view was as expected. The cleaners do a great job, hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is varied and excellent. Breakfast can be enjoyed outdoors near the pool. The swimming pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun loungers. Good selection of refreshing drinks at the pool bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the customer service is good in every way. The location is perfect, next to the beach and on the edge of town, yet close to good restaurants. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 single beds instead of a couch, which was a big plus. Our room also had a kitchenette, which I did not expect. Many thanks for this upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the staff always had a smile for the guests.

We had an excellent stay at Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa. Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded with a room since the one we booked was not available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was truly worth it – the food was outstanding, with a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and high-quality preparation every day. Cleanliness throughout the entire property is impeccable – from the rooms to the common areas, everything is maintained to the highest standards, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is exceptional, right by the beach with turquoise-clear sea that made every moment unforgettable. A special thank you goes to Ms Tatiana and Ms Olena at the reception, who were always at our disposal. Their professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude added a personal touch to our stay. We would also like to recognise and praise the staff from the Sunlight Pool Bar and Periyiali Restaurant, and especially the entire team at Tiffany Restaurant, who provided excellent service with constant friendliness and attention to detail. A special thanks goes to Mr Kostas from Tiffany Restaurant, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness stood out and made every meal even more pleasant. We would also like to highlight Ms Kyriaki from Thessaloniki, a positive and open lady whose cheerful personality and welcoming attitude made us feel truly at home. We highly recommend Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, delicious food, and a spotless environment in a perfect seaside setting.

Hotel was clean and wifi worked well enough. Location was just perfect and there was so many good restaurants near by! Breakfast was one of the best ever😋 Pool was the best part, so amazing, big and beautiful 😍 Pool bar was very nice extra too! Thank you for the staff for helping us out whenever it was needed!
