Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

Amazing resort and the best staff you will find here! This resort is super clean and new and anything you desire they will help you with at the front office 24/7. The pool is amazing, very big and warm & has amazing staff! It was really a relaxing and blissful stay :)

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing Eslam, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond, from recommending fantastic à la carte restaurants to upgrading our room and assisting with anything we needed. He’s an absolute gem! The hotel itself is stunning—modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. There are multiple pools, and no matter what time we came down, there were always plenty of loungers available. The food and drinks were just incredible. The buffet was a solid 10/10 every day, offering so much variety and quality. And the steak at the rooftop restaurant? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had! Our room was brand new, stylish, and had breathtaking views from the balcony. But what truly stood out was the staff—everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We felt so well taken care of, and it made our vacation even more special. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with top-notch service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!
