We chose the hotel as our first all-inclusive holiday resort experience and it was way beyond our expectations. We were upgraded to a family room with a private pool sharing with our nearby buildings and even without that, there were so many pools of different depths and for different activities around, so spaces and availability were never an issue. There was also a private beach which people do snorkelling. There were daily programmes and performance catered for different ages and groups. We watched night-time water show (hoverboard) and had fun at the afternoon pink party (foam party in central pool). The waterpark for children and adults were fantastic with different slides and facilities. There were bar, food court, and restaurant scattering around the resort, so food and drink were never too far away. Food were great - different restaurants to choose with cuisines of various regions and cultures. Special BBQs and roasts, fruit specials, pastry and desert - like food shows every day. We were also offered to a special dinner (with live music performance) and attended an a-la-carte dinner party. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We also used the travel agents at the lobby to arrange day trips of snorkelling in the Red Sea and visiting Luxor. The hotel seemed to be known and popular among European visitors, but less for British ones. It's not as busy or crowded as other popular locations that we saw in most travel agency's holiday packages. I'd definitely recommend.

The Resort is wonderful and the staff is kind and very professional My room was water front very spacious and very clean The spa and gym are well equipped and super organised Aquapark and swimmng pools amazing and funny Speaking about staff, they are all special, kind, and helpful with all clients Hosni the guest relationship manager is kind, always available, ready to help everyone, his italian is perfect... Mohamed, the restaurant responsible, now at Panorama rest, became our good friend, helping us to find a good table in every occasion, always smiling, and kind, we will miss him. diving center and his staff well organised, ready toy help you to refresh memory, beautiful dives with lots of fishes and beautiful colours At the reception Mahmoud can speak italian to solve any kind of problem. We had very good relationship with all the staff!!! we will miss the atmosphere and all Akasia resort, but for sure we will be back as soon as possible

Muhammad received us warmly and helped us with the check-in procedures smoothly. He gave us a welcome drink. The room was quiet as we requested, and the place is environmentally friendly. I liked that no plastic water bottles were used, as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room contained all the comfort requirements of bathroom slippers, a robe, and towels. Clean, the decor is warm and beautiful, the windows are decorated with beautiful patterns, the breakfast was more than wonderful, varied and fresh. I loved the beans, falafel, fresh juice and the gluten-free pastry corner. The staff was very friendly, the beach was beautiful and the coral reefs and fish were very beautiful and easy to reach with the sandy beach. And the chocolate fountain was nice

Just everything: The safari in the desert and the snorkling in the deep see and coral reef were amazing. The refreshing and nice smell from the flowers all over the garden was so calming. The bottomless food and drinks is a very good concept, particularly for families and those tight on budget. The architecture and landscape design, including the smart use of the huge space are fabulous. All this would'nt be perceivable without the very friendly staff and management team, including the very polite and humble posture of the manager himself. They really understand what customer care is about. I can go on and on but I stop here to gather more impressions during the next visit.

It was really nice and inspiring. The staff and housekeeping was so welcoming and helpful. The food was really great and have many varieties.

The staff are very friendly and always provide assistance to us and they are smiling and they were always at our service so I give them my thanks especially to the esteemed Mr. Ali Mostafa as well as my special thanks to Mr. Harbi Mohamed the manager of the restaurant who does his best for the comfort of customers and for his extreme humility so whenever we enter the restaurant during meals we find it a flame of activity And follow-up to each customer until he comes out happy, in addition to the beautiful variety of types of food, which meets the desire of all nationalities of the existing customers, opening a special one for him.

Coral Hills Resort & SPA is located directly on the Red Sea in a prime diving spot. It offers 2 outdoor pools, a diving centre, a health club and a discotheque. Wi-Fi is available upon request.

Loved the position of the room with sea view! Food was very good we had no problems! Staff in restaurant was very careful with me and my baby as we were travelling alone. They took care of us! Good diving center and welcoming people! See you next time!
