Everything was excellent, location, facilities, value for money. We were in the sister hotel across the street but accessing all facilities which was great, letting us stay in a calm hotel but benefiting from all inclusive accommodation and activities.

The staff were all phenomenal and welcoming. From our housekeeper Mohammed, in B7 to the amazing host, Hossam, Ahmed and Ahmad, in Palma Resturant to the amazing barmen twins Mohamoud and Mohammed at the pool bar. We loved the amenities for the kids, access to the beach through the sister hotel. The food here is soo delicious, we have definitely gained some weight! The evening entertainment was varied and awesome. We loved Charina and Anna at the kids club. Also, credit must go to Joe for his DJing.

The quality of every detail. Comfortable bed and large comfortable rooms and huge bathroom. Pool right outside room, with bar with soft and alcohol drinks. Exceptional service and kind staff. Beautiful gardens and pools. Great and variety of foods and restaurants. High standard animation shows in the evenings.
