Hands down the best hotel I have ever visited. Everything to the T was perfect and we got the best service from our now friend Mohammed. Dont ever hesitate to book this hotel. The luxury speaks for itself. And omg the food! The most insane buffet selection with great taste. Thanks to everyone at the hotel from the reception to the amazing chefs and all the rest of the staff. You made our experience amazing and we will 100% be back.

Fantastic fantastic resort! I cannot praise this hotel enough. We stayed at a different resort prior to this and oh my how the experience differed. Amazing food, exceptional service and METICULOUSLY clean. I cannot stress how clean this resort was. My boyfriend and I were walking barefoot because the whole resort was spick and span. Praises to the chef! I had read good reviews about the food but if I tell you how I was blown away by the food. So much variety every single day and the attention to the quality of the food. It is criminal how good the food here is, please please keep it this way because we very well intend to return!! We sadly only spent 3 nights there but will certainly come back for longer. There were still vendors trying to sell their services but they were not as invasive as the other resorts. If they would not bother you when you are just resting on the pool chair, it would be absolutely perfect. The waterpark was amazing! I'm surprised more people were not using it. My boyfriend and I tried most of the rides and they were just amazing. This resort is a gem in sharm el sheikh and I will make sure to recommend it to everyone!! Thank you for making our days there so memorable!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Premium Seagate with my family for 7 days, and without exaggeration, it was one of the most amazing and memorable experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the hospitality was outstanding. I would like to give special thanks and deep appreciation to Mr. Ahmed Afifi from Guest Relations, who truly made our stay exceptional. His personal attention, care, and professionalism went above and beyond. He ensured that every detail was taken care of and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Everything about the hotel was excellent: • The food was delicious and varied • The cleanliness was top-notch • The activities for both kids and adults were fantastic • The overall atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing Huge thanks to the entire staff, especially Mr. Ahmed Afifi, for making our stay so special. The facility itself, location, layout, cleanliness, landscape, birds, flowers, etc. are extremely attentive and peaceful. The beauties about the staff started before the check-in. I traveled with my seven-year-old son. I asked for a room close to the beach. We checked late. Our request was met. Islam at the reception offered a very good welcome. I wanted to write a separate paragraph for the restaurant staff. “Chef-i Kebir” Mr. SHENOUDA, his entire team (Mr. Moustapha, Mr. Mahmoud, etc.) have created a real friendship environment for me and my son. Mrs. Samara conducted customer relations surveys every evening for all guests at the table. The food was simply delicious. It was also very diverse. We stayed for eight nights, we had no problems due to food. I will convey an anecdote to be an example of sincerity and closeness: I have a gluten allergy and i told this to Mr.Shenouda the first day. One of the days that continued, while I was taking food, he came to me and pointed to a dish on my plate and said, “There is flour in the sauce of this. Don’t eat this.” I wrote friendship above, I want to give an example of this: during a lunch, my son was video calling with his mother. At that time, Mr. Shenouda came to him. My son handed out his phone to his mother and said, “Look, I want to introduce you to my friend”! How wrong can a seven-year-old child be? Room cleaning and mini bar quality is excellent. Also thanks to house keeper Mr. Hassan. We stayed in the swim-up room. It was very comfortable. Although it is extra, I also recommend the FELLUCA Seafood restaurant. The food quality and presentation are really excellent and top-end.(thans to Mr. Mouhammed) The quality of the beach and underwater is very good. Dive Center is professional. A note for snorkelers and divers: the famous El Fanar beach hotel is 3-4 minutes away by taxi. We went there twice during our stay. There are great snorkeling and diving facilities.

Room clean, staff friendly, food good, reef near is amazing. Definitelly come back soon :)

I really liked the idea of benefiting from activities and restaurants in both hotels, and the staff`s courteous behavior is very helpful with anything you request. Especially the receptionist Mr. Mina, was extremely respectful and cooperative. In the main restaurant, The Palm, I would like to thank Chef Hamada Abdullah.
