Service was absolutely amazing - everyone was very helpful and friendly and went the extra mile. They let us stay at the resort a few more additional hours for free due to the fact our flight was going later.

A spotless and wonderfully quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The food was excellent, prepared by a highly professional chef who truly knows how to please every taste. The staff is always attentive, very friendly, and impressively quick to respond to guests’ needs. The bar is great with fast and efficient service. The sea is simply stunning — the best place for snorkeling with extraordinary marine life. A true haven of peace that I highly recommend

We spent 7 nights at Steigenberger Alcazar at Sharm. Usually we go to Dubai in november every year but since we had a daughter we said may be we should have more relax vacation. Long story short, the resort is fantastic and worth every penny we spent. We will come back next year for sure. We loved everything in this hotel. The all inclusive pack is great. The room with direct access to the piscine is great, many restaurants Japanese, French, Lebanese…., the main buffet restaurant is fantastic, many swiming pools, bars with nice atmosphere, Kids club. The beach and the Pier are great as well, the water crystal clear. Cleanliness everywhere, gardens well maintained. But what we loved most in this hotel is the staff. A special thanks to Ahmed abd Elfattah, the manager, and all his great team at Zohreya restaurant. They were very caring and paying attention to us and our daughter to make us happy and feel at home. We see them 3 times a day so at end we felt like we leaving our familly, so thank you Ahmed and your great staff for your devotion and hard work. On the downside, there is no many things to say, may be our experience with the photographer, but I will not go into details because it’s not worth it. Overall, we are very happy with our stay at Steigenberger, and we are looking forward to come back next year!

The hospitality at this hotel is outstanding, and the staff are all extremely polite.The spa in the hotel is the best that I have been to so far. The hotel had entertainment every night, and it was excellent. I didn't eat in all the restaurants, mostly the main restaurant that had a wide variety of delicious food.When I return to Sharm El Sheikh, I will stay at this hotel again.

The staff were all phenomenal and welcoming. From our housekeeper Mohammed, in B7 to the amazing host, Hossam, Ahmed and Ahmad, in Palma Resturant to the amazing barmen twins Mohamoud and Mohammed at the pool bar. We loved the amenities for the kids, access to the beach through the sister hotel. The food here is soo delicious, we have definitely gained some weight! The evening entertainment was varied and awesome. We loved Charina and Anna at the kids club. Also, credit must go to Joe for his DJing.
