Amazing reception staff and excellent service

I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

Buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners are amazing and very tasty. Local drinks were great as well. I loved the AlCarte restaurants, especially Teppanyaki and Lebanese. As well there is QR code for all the information about the menus, hotel facilities, entertainment program, bookings etc which i appreciated. As a foodie, I loved the variety and hot food options along with the fresh produce. Two of the big pools were heated. The service is impeccable, attentive, non-invasive, trustworthy, and kind. I felt amazing. The room was spacious, with an amazing bed and two types of pillows, and bedding was very good quality. Everything in the hotel is well taken care of, is quite new and fresh. The grounds are kept perfectly. Loved the shows ( actually pretty great dancers), and yoga, the dance training, so the entertainment was great too. The gym was pretty well-equipped and clean. There is nothing that bothered me. Sunglasses clearing and ice cream tours were a nice touch during the sunbathing. The beach was nice, but the swimming and snorkeling you have to walk- which is nice. You will do the steps =) There are nice big and colorful fish in the sea. I loved it and it is also a great hotel for families with little kids.

Her exceptional service made our experience even more memorable. The food at all the restaurants was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the convenience of the shuttle service between the Rixos resorts, which allowed us to explore different restaurants and enjoy even more culinary delights. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure we felt welcome and cared for. Their dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. The vibrant market on certain days and the nightly entertainment added a lively and unique touch to our experience, keeping us engaged and entertained throughout. Rixos Ultra Seagate is truly a remarkable destination, and we can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.
