The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. I had the best 10 night at this hotel🥰first of all i want to thank the perfect stuff they were so friendly and so amazing with us,the views are perfect from the room you can enjoy the view of island and the sea and just staying in your balcon and enjoying it,the location is perfect 5 minute from the city of magaluf and the beaches but a lot of times we stayed just in pool and enjoying it,the food was perfect the breakfast was amazing you had all time someone that makes fresh eggs and pancakes infront of you and i want to say hi to sonia she was so friendly and lovely woman she made everyday for us with love food, breakfast was so fresh you can chose everything and i think i have 4 kg plus i eated a lot,the first day we tried the dinner and we loved it later we ate everynight dinner were different types of salads,pastas,meat,rice and everything else! Im beyond grateful with this hotel i had the 10 best day of my life i cant wait to go again! The last day we went in 4 am in airport and they let for us the breakfast ready i was really emotional for that! Thank you so much hotel florida 🥰

Really good hotel, in the close vicinity of the sea. Various and excellent services, I would really highlight the quality of the bars and the restaurant. Ordering the all inclusive service makes sense!

Honestly, the hotel is very good. I requested a room in advance with a sea view, and they accepted. So, the room had a direct view of the sea—just wow! The buffet is perfect. You can park either at the hotel or outside, it’s safe. I highly recommend it!

We stayed here as a group of five women from the same family, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a large territory and two spacious swimming pools. All of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. We would like to give special thanks to the receptionist, Izi Doro, for his friendliness and professionalism — he made us feel truly welcome. We also want to express our gratitude to the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff — everyone works with great care and dedication. If we travel to Mallorca again, we will definitely choose this hotel once more. Highly recommended!

We loved the welcome we got at reception from a helpful mature lady who could not do enough and more than excelled. Every one we met at reception on the change of staff rota were all welcoming. The bar girl by the pool area was fabulous 👌 and happy helpful and made a great jug of sangria. The cleaning staff were so thorough and replaced towels and bed linen and left our room spotless. The entertainment for the children in the evening was an extra bonus. And we would return and also recommend how good it was to other people

Alua Gran Camp de Mar is located on the seafront in Camp de Mar, 3 km from Paguera and Andratx. It has a spa and large terrace with an outdoor pool and great sea views.

We had a great time! The rooms were really comfortable, and the area is beautiful. The beach is right there, and it's so easy to get to. The staff were super welcoming, right from when we arrived at 4:30 am (our flight got really delayed), and if anyone from the hotel is reading this, Alex in particular was really nice and really tried to help us have a good time! The food was solid, in my opinion; I especially liked the vegetable paella that they had for lunch one day. And the indoor spa area (with a hot tub and pool) were fun too. All around, we had an amazing time and would 100% recommend! It was a great value for what we received (we did the all-inclusive option).
