What stands out at this location is the mindset and intention of the staff at the resort. Every single interaction, request met with the attitude that our experience and our comfort was their top priority. There no single situation that we felt they have other priorities but making our experience exceptional. I was a little worried initially because we book mostly locations/hotels we know that they meet 5 start standard. The hotel has a vibe of modern mixed with traditional greek feel which was pretty nice.

This 5-star spa resort is directly on the sandy beach of Amoudara, west of Heraklion. Tennis courts and 3 outdoor pools are featured amidst its 40,000-m² garden.

Amazing resort , great pools and facilities. Beach was great too. We had a lovely time here. The children's club was great and the staff were lovely at the club.

The Seaside A Lifestyle Resort - Adults Only houses 3 a la carte restaurants, a spa, 2 sweet-water pools and 3 pool bars. Due to its elevated position, it offers panoramic sea views.

All the staff was extremely nice and friendly. Food excellent and all the facilities great. Theo the trainer in the Fitness center did great workouts and it was nice doing Yoga and Pilates with Jenni. There are stairs from one of the bars to the beach where we did scuba and Kayak. Sea is clear and you see some tropical fishes. Nice room with a great view where we could watch the sunrise and the ocean. Basically you never have to leave the resort, I even got a haircut there. Thank you. We are already starting to plan our next trip to the resort.

The scenery alone is worth the trip, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the resort. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning sea views and complete tranquility. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for—always with a smile and eager to help with any request. The food was another highlight. Every meal offered an incredible variety of fresh, local dishes that exceeded our expectations. From breakfast buffets to à la carte dinners, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Whether we were relaxing by one of the pristine pools, enjoying a massage at the spa, or snorkeling in the crystal-clear water right off the resort’s private beach, every moment felt like a luxury. Peninsula Resort strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and activity, ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful Mediterranean escape. We’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended—10/10 without hesitation!
