We liked everything about Domes Aulus Elounda. Our room was spacious and modern, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable, the a-c was unobtrusive and the view was incredible. The all-inclusive elements are managed with care and we particularly enjoyed the Cretan specialties that were always part of the buffet. We also ate in the grill restaurant and the sushi restaurant so there are multiple options for dinner, which we really enjoyed. We went to the beach every day and loved the beach bar with really tasty sandwiches and salads that you can just help yourself too. Beyond the practical, what we really appreciated was the atmosphere of genuine care the hotel staff worked really hard to create. Their hospitality was really outstanding. No request was too much trouble and we felt really looked after. Examples include Nikos at the beach bar who works really hard to create interesting Greek cocktails for the guests and who chats with genuine interest to the guests and Zoe in reception who always responded incredibly cheerfully to our questions and organized a late check out for us with no fuss at all. We are already planning a return trip! It was exceptional.

I stayed at InterContinental Crete lately and I can’t say enough good things about it. The service was excellent since the time of our arrival. The staff were very friendly, attentive to details and they did everything possible to make sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The rooms were absolutely awesome— spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern facilities you may need. The bed was extremely comfortable while the view from our balcony was beautiful. One highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool and bar. The pool itself had clear water and gave a breath taking panoramic view of neighboring area. It was a perfect day relax spot as the bar offered a great range of drinks or light bites as well which made it even more interesting. All in all, InterContinental Crete surpassed my expectations entirely. This hotel is a must visit due to its great services, luxurious rooms and an amazing rooftop pool alike! I look forward for my next trip!

A very relaxing setting overlooking bay and the turquoise blue waters of the sea with mountains in the distance. We were very excited to discover we had a sea view when we hadn't booked it. The beds were really comfortable and the food in the buffet restaurant was really good quality. There was some vegetarian food but not a lot. The hotel is set on a hillside, so it's aesthetically pleasing and has lots of great sea views. There were 3 swimming pools - all of which seemed fairly quiet. The location was great - on the outskirts of the pretty town of Agios Nikolaos- about 15-20 minutes walk. The staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive. We will be back!

My vacation at the hotel was incredible. The staff was most welcoming and helpful, the pools were clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and the food was great for breakfast and dinner. We got a free upgrade for the room and we had a wonderful time in our private Jacuzzi. Overall we had a lovely experience and a great vacation at the hotel.
