The hotel complex is located at the bottom of a mountain with spectacular views. The hotel has a German focus. Very family friendly with lots of facilities and entertainment for children. The staff was very nice and helped us every time we had a question or request. The food was tasty, varied and good quality. We also particularly enjoyed the Smokey Grill A La Carte Restaurant's food.

The all-inclusive 4-star Mitsis Family Village is just 200 metres from the beach of Kardamena. Umbrellas and loungers are offered both by the 2 outdoor pools and on the beach.

The Staff where very friendly! I loved the pizza place and the bar near the beach. They were also included in All-inclusive.

Location is great, sandy beach is next to the resort, there are lots of green plants in the garden, food in the buffet is very diverse, stuff is very kind, we enjoyed see, beach, food, strolls in the garden and on the beach.

For my wife’s birthday, he organized a wonderful surprise celebration, thoughtfully planned down to the smallest details, bringing us so much joy. Giorgos was always available, helping with any requests and making us feel like truly valued guests. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, with a fantastic location and excellent service.
