Evening entertainment was solid if not spectacular--but I love that they had evening entertainment. Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Ernesto in the steakhouse was exceptional for our fine dining experience. The food is exceptional overall in the resort along with offerings for children that are amazing. The drinks are perfectly made by mixologists and every premium alcohol brand is all inclusive. The personalised workout classes is a must! Liked: -> Lots of food options, everything fresh, and chefs cooking meals right in front of you. Amazing variety of desserts and breads, plus juices and drinks. -> The entire entertainment team was incredible, and the servers in every area were quick, kind, and very friendly. -> Night events for all tastes, each space had its own vibe. -> I went to the museum that’s less than a 15-minute bus ride away. -> The restaurants sometimes have waitlists, but you get a notification on the hotel app when your table is ready. Plus, there are plenty of things to do around the hotel while you wait for your spot at any restaurant.

Breakfast was excellent, I would say international, and also Mexican breakfast, for the people who like to discover and enjoy new tastes. Breakfast restaurant is right next to the ocean, you can enjoy the view and the food. I need to mention reception staff, they are amazing young people. I checked in with Carlos I believe, fast and efficient. Daniela, always smiling and polite. Last night I went to reception to ask in regards of check out and guy with name Roberto addressed me with my last name, that is impressive, attention to detail really amazing. There is entertainment team, and a lot of activities, fitness guy Tony also very professional and positive, motivated and motivate people to get involved in sports activities while on vacation.
