Special thanks to Mr. Murat, the Front Desk Manager, whose attentiveness and genuine care went above and beyond. As the first guest of the season, I was welcomed with flowers and a signature cocktail — a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of the stay. The hotel’s culinary experience was outstanding — the chef prepared delicious meals with fresh ingredients, which I highly recommend. Reception staff and the customer relations team were incredibly helpful, especially in guiding me with car rental options and local places to visit. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking sea views. Room service was efficient and consistently excellent. I’d also like to express my gratitude to the General Manager for the warm welcome and for maintaining such high standards throughout the property. As part of a business-related visit, this has been one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. What truly stood out was the hotel’s generosity — they fully supported our fundraising campaign for a Turkish client in need, showing compassion and community spirit not often found in hospitality. We had a perfect romantic holiday with my girlfriend in this place. It's not overcrowded, quite cosy. The food is delicious. Our general impression is magnificent! The hotel is very convenient! The personnel is gentle and helpful, they speak English fairly well.
