Because my flight was canceled and air company had to re-issue ticket for the next day as the closest date, I delayed for one day for check in. Unfortunately booking.com asked additional 144 euro, instead of refunding back for one unused night. For this reason, and because I am regular guest at Porto Bello, they offered me a junior suite. This was amazing, with a large bathroom, daily room, bed room and a fantastic balcony with a sea view.

Warm Hospitality and Excellent Service I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Receptionist Pinar was friendly and efficient, and housekeeping by Manana was spotless. General Manager Nadir Bey clearly runs a tight, professional team. Special thanks to owner Ramazan, chef Mustafa for the delicious food, and waiter Salih for the great service. The staff made the experience truly memorable. We had an amazing stay at Tourist Hotel. During the 12 days of stay we felt at home, and very well taken care of. The location was just 200 meters from the sea. Very close to the airport as well! All of the staff truly made this place a home away from home for us. Friendly service all over. The lady from the housekeeping made our stay very special. She arranged decorations for our son’s birthday. There’s free breakfast in the morning with variety of food. Our server was very friendly and provided efficient service. The internet works everywhere. We are definitely recommending this hotel and looking forward to visiting it again soon.

The cleaning standards the staff was friendly the pool was very cold but it was okay and I understand that it is out of season so not much entertainment
