From the warm check in received by Ozlem, to the helpfulness of Hedi at the front desk for Any requests. Casa Nonna makes you feel like family. They truly made my stay an exceptional one. From the kind and thorough housekeeping, to Ali the young gentleman who helped me with my luggage. The sea, pool, food and level of service was exceptional. Hokan, Yusuf and Sinem were there for every desire, food wise, and I have to say the hotel is very green and health conscious which was appreciated for those with a healthy lifestyle! To the professionalism of Sina and Tatiana, I truly couldn't recommend this place more, and thoroughly look forward to returning very soon for the next holiday season. Great location not so far from center, very nice and clean rooms with modern furniture and all necessary facilities. Very friendly staff always willing to help you, reception helped us with our request. Restaurant manager and his staff making your stay next to the pool during the day very comfortable by assisting in any request you may have. Food is worth trying at least once during your stay, very tasty and good value for money... For sure we will stay again soon. Really recommended 👌

A beautiful hotel strategically located between the marina and Gumbet, both easily accessed by a 5 min taxi ride. The staffs in all areas were great, delivering an exceptional service throughout our stay. I can recall Esme, Bosu and Cansu as memorable staff but really, they are all trained and engaged with their guests to make for a comfortable stay. Very happy to leave a ",tip" in the " tip box" for their attention and services.
