Top notch hotel, service and staff. Nature is heaven like. Beach is amazing. EXCEPTIONAL Turkish and international food varieties (Trust me, I am a professional chef) Finest ingredients are used. Superb cocktails by mixologists. Rooms are bigger than regular hotels. Super comfy beds. Guest relations are communicating with guests almost everyday. If you need anything, they immediately take care of it. I have traveled A LOT and Rixos Premium Gocek would easily fall under the Top 3 Hotels on my list. Go for it. You won’t be sorry. We will absolutely come back! It was such a pleasant experience that it is very difficult to tell in a nutshell. We lived in a villa by the lake and it was beautiful. Private warm pool, excellent new apartments. With a baby, this is the perfect vacation. The service was excellent. People around are smiling and trying to help you! The food is wonderful, a large selection and everything is fresh. And thank you so much for parking and washing our car. It's priceless! We hug you all! Thank you so much for such an incredible experience! We really want to come back again! P.S. We travel a lot around the world and this hotel is above all praise! Be sure to take a room category: a villa by the lake and you will not regret it!

Excellent resort, great variety of food which was delicious! Rooms are spacious and clean. Pools are fantastic with activities. Evening shows are beautiful. Thank you so much to the staff of Jiva. We went for our Honeymoon and got upgraded to a better room with flowers and balloons on the bed. Great value for money, can highly recommend!

I really liked the hotel. Delicious varied food, alcohol of any kind, which is not sparingly added to cocktails. The bartenders are excellent, they can make cocktails that are not even on the list. We visited several restaurants. I liked all of them, the food was delicious. Food is always and everywhere. If you missed breakfast, you are sure to find something at the snack bar. A rich animation program, a large number of activities and high-level evening shows. Telling the truth, some guys from the animation team are very arrogant and did not even greet the guests. It seemed that the main goal was to have an affair with young single girls. It struck and looked unprofessional. I was very pleasantly surprised that tennis is for free, you don’t even have to pay for equipment rental. In general, the impression was that the hotel focuses on sports activities. The gym is small but machines are good. However carpets were all already old and dirty. Beach is clean, but keep in mind that for sunbeds on the pantone you should pay. Rooms are clean and cleaning was regular. We bought an excursion to the waterfall from the Anex agent at the hotel. We were delighted. In general, I liked the hotel, but please note that there are a lot of Russians in the hotel, who spoil the atmosphere.

Staff were always smiling and greeting you with trying their best to help. Hotel has great varieties of food during their breakfast/lunch/dinner and always serving something to eat. Sea/beach next to hotel was well kept and hotel was providing everything (like towel, sunbed, snacks, alcohol, showers etc). We were very happy and extended our holiday more.

Well-maintained, clean, beautiful garden and beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good, especially the local dishes.

Food was great but cafeteria style was rather 'busy'
